Umbrella Contract
- Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (“PCSB”) awarded KOSB a Letter of Award to be a panel contractor under the Umbrella Contract for Offshore Support Vessel Services for PCSB and PACs Drilling and Project Activities.
- Secured chartering contracts to charter out LS1 and a third party vessel under the Umbrella Contract.
Petronas License
KOSB applied to PETRONAS and subsequently obtained the Vessel Owner-Operator license with the SWEC code 21121510S.
Delivery of Laguna Setia 1
Took delivery of our very first own vessel, Laguna Setia 1 (“LS1”), a 78M AWB. LS1 secured her first chartering contract and commenced operations in the same year.

Our Group took delivery of our very first own AWB, Laguna Setia 1. She had secured her first chartering contract and commenced operations in the same year.

Licence
KOSB applied to PETRONAS and subsequently obtained the Vessel Owner-Operator licence under the SWEC code 21121510S, allowing us to be invited to bid for projects by oil and gas contractors.

Umbrella Contract
Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (“PCSB”) awarded KOSB a Letter of Award to be a panel contractor under the Umbrella Contract for Offshore Support Vessel Services for PCSB’s drilling and project activities. Secured chartering contracts to charter out LS1 and a third party AWB under the Umbrella Contract.
